WELCOME TO THE SKYLINE JUNIORS
CAMP AND CLINIC REGISTRATION SITE

	Instructions:
	Fill out online camper information form.    (if you participated in a Skyline Summer camp, proceed to step #2 if you remember you password).
	Login to Registration Center using your Last Name and Password assigned in Step 1.
	Choose the camp(s) or clinic(s) you wish to participate in.
	Check out with credit card online or print confirmation and mail check.    (A small PayPal service charge will be applied to all credit card transactions)
	Print/Sign RELEASE FORM and return it to Skyline Juniors.
